High oleic sunflower oil is very high in oleic (monounsaturated) acid. High oleic sunflower oil is usually defined as having a minimum 75 % oleic acid. Naturata Organic Sunflower Frying oil, "High Oleic", Deodorized has a very neutral taste and provides excellent stability. High oleic sunflower oil offers a trans fat free oil solution that can lower the risk of cardiovascular diseases by maintaining the ideal LDL/HDL (good cholesterol) ratio in the blood. The oil has many uses including bakery applications and many types of frying.
