Unlike other industrial manufacturers, Englert follows a traditional recipe and way of production letting organic bones with fresh vegetables and herbs simmer for up to 24 hours. This means that the stock is prepared just as top chefs in starred restaurants would do. The result is a strong base broth, perfect base for soups, sauces, and various types of dishes.
