Description
A very old type of pasta from Sicily, it is now popular throughout central and southern Italy. It is also called “Fusilli artigianali” or “Fusilli a doppias”, because of its twisted shape; it pairs perfectly with sauces and ingredients of the Mediterranean tradition.

How to
Cook the pasta in abundant salted water (at least 1.5 l per 100 g pasta) for 9-10 minutes. Drain pasta and dress it with your favourite sauce.
