Molino Chiavazza Mix for Chantilly Cream
Each box contains two packets of 60g each of preparation cream.
This Chantilly cream is really easy to prepare and it doesn’t require cooking. It can be used to fill pastry, cream puffs, sponge campaign and all kinds of cake.
Sugar, dextrose, glucose syrup, refined vegetable oil (coconut), modified starch (potato), emulsifier: E472b, milk proteins, flavours.
Put 200ml of cold milk in the bowl. Add the preparation and mix with care. If you want to get a thicker cream for filling cakes, slightly reduce the milk (200 ml). Mix all with the electric mixer at the maximum speed for about 3-4 minutes.
Put the cream in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
