Description
Originally from the Molise region, Fusilli was born as an aristocratic dish for wealthy families because of its preparation by hand using a “spindle” that only experts could operate. Perfect paired with classical meat sauces, it is also excellent for cold pasta salads.

 

Ingredients
Corn flour* (90%), rice flour* (10%), water.

How to
Cook the pasta in abundant salted water (at least 1.5 l per 100 g pasta) for 9-10 minutes. Drain pasta and dress it with your favourite sauce.
