Extremely suitable for all green salads (combined with olive oil or pumpkin seed oil), to refine dark meat sauces to desserts, e.g. for drizzling fresh strawberries, but also to Parmesan or tomato with mozzarella and fresh basil.
Naturata Organic Aceto Balsamico di Modena is produced only with first grade grapes that have been cultivated under the guidelines of the bio-dynamic agricultural methods. This vinegar is extraordinary in flavour, taste and aroma, primarily due to the careful selection of organically grown grapes and musts. Thanks to the ageing in ancient barrels, the vinegar has a very typical fragrance and an intense flavour.
