Castagno Organic Durum Wheat Bruchi with Leeks
The leeks contained in this pasta enable to season this pasta only with raw oil or butter without adding other sauce.
Castagno Organic Durum Wheat Bruchi with Leeks is produced only with selected raw materials. The durum wheat is from Sicily, Italy. The vegetables and spices are in many pieces or/and in leaves. The stems and the yellow parts of vegetables are rejected. It is produced with a slow drying process at low temperature to keep most the nutrients and ingredients' taste intact.
Durum wheat semolina*, leek* 5%, water.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil on the stove. 1 liter of water is recommended for every 100 grams of pasta. When the water comes to a boil, add Castagno pasta and a pinch of sea salt for taste, stir occasionally. Cook at a rapid boil for approximately 5-7 minutes or until the pasta is al dente. Drain the pasta and season it preferably with extra virgin olive oil or butter. This pasta can be served with any sauce.
