Description
Englert Organic Chicken Gravy is made with a elaborate production method, First, poultry carcases, chicken meat in organic quality are browned with root vegetables. Then, traditionally cooked strong stock is added and simmered. The reduced broth is frothed, degreased, and seasoned with red and white wine.
