Unlike other industrial manufacturers, Englert follows a traditional recipe and way of production letting organic cow bones with fresh vegetables and herbs simmer for up to 24 hours. No flavor enhancers, preservatives, or additives are added. Only the best organic ingredients are used for a full taste. The broth is rich in collagen and nutrients. It can be drunk directly as a source of gelatin which may break down into collagen in the body especially important in the joints. It can also provide salutary effects on the guts.
