Holle Spelt Milk Porridge is unsweetened and quick to prepare. Vitamins and minerals which a baby needs, but cannot be supplied within the natural mix of ingredients, account for less than 1%. These are added in line with the EU provisions on infant cereals. Organic Milk Cereal with Spelt has a mild flavour to suit babies. It is easy to digest due to the fact that the starch is already broken down.

Spelt is an old cereal and originates from Einkorn and Emmer. Spelt has a high content of protein, vitamins, minerals and silicic acid.

The wholegrains used in Holle Porridges are in an easily digestible form, which is particularly suitable for babies. The goodness of the grain is gently unlocked with heat and moisture ready for your baby’s growing body. Using the wholegrain means we can retain the most nutrients.

How to
Boil 130ml water and cool to approximately 50 degrees centrigrade. Pour into a dish and stir in 4 to 5 tablespoons of Holle Spelt Milk Porridge (40g). Stir and allow to cool to approximately 37 degrees centigrade. Ready!
